Denise and Evan are so much fun and easy to work with. Kim introduced us in the summer of 2019 when they looking to buy their first home.
We stayed in contact through the years. I would see them at the “Let’s (Milk)shake it Up” and Pie Day events.
They would reach out with referrals of friends who were looking to move and I would check on them.
In the summer of 2022, the Navy decided it was time to move them closer to their hometown, Houston. They got stationed in Gulfport/Biloxi, MS. (One of my favorite places for the Air Force to send me TDY.)
It was time to sell their house here and buy them a new one in MS. Right away, I knew Angie Zenon would be the perfect agent for them in MS.
In a few short weeks, Denise and Even were under contract in VA and MS. Angie and I worked together to time their closing just right, so they could leave VA and move into their MS home.
Now I am honored to say that Denise is pursuing her real estate license. She is such a hard worker and her clients are going to be lucky to have her on their team.
