Chelsea and Zachary are a Navy family who moved from Florida to Virginia to follow Zachary’s long time career with the Navy. We didn’t want them to have to rush through a housing trip only to settle on a home that wasn’t ideal.

to make their home buying journey go as smooth as possible. When they arrived for their 10 day house hunting trip we had a list of homes to see on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday we submitted an offer to the seller for a home in Suffolk, VA and Friday they were under contract and heading home FL with 5 days to spare.

The process went so smooth they came back to VA for an on time closing and starting moving in immediately. On a visit a few weeks after closing they asked me if I would help them sell the house in two years because the Navy is moving them again.
