Getting started on your home-buying journey is easier than you think and free.

The first thing you do is schedule your home buyer consultation with me. In the consultation, you learn about what it takes for you to buy a home.

In preparation for your consult, you will get pre-approved for a mortgage. It is best to get approved by at least 1 local lender. You don’t have to find the lender on your own, I will give you a few recommendations.

You will also complete the intake form. The information on this form will help us know what we are looking for and our timeline. This part will make you think about what it is you really want in your future home.

Once you have been pre-approved by a lender and completed the intake form we will meet. Our meeting can be in-person or via Zoom. This meeting is for you to ask questions and voice concerns. The more I know about your situation and the house you want, the better I can serve you.

After the consultation, we will start the home search and schedule a time for us to start seeing houses.
